Instacart

The Instacart plugin is a handy tool that can help you create a shopping list based on a recipe or meal plan you're interested in. It's great for when you want to try a new recipe and need to know what ingredients to buy. It can even exclude items you already have at home from the shopping list.

How to use:

1. Ask for a recipe or meal plan: Start by asking for a recipe or meal plan. For example, you might ask for a recipe for chocolate cake or a meal plan for a vegetarian family of four. 
2. Specify what you already have: If you already have some of the ingredients at home, let the plugin know. For instance, if you're asking for a lasagna recipe and you already have pasta and cheese, mention that. The plugin will exclude these items from your shopping list. 
3. Review the shopping list: Once the plugin generates the shopping list, review it. The list will include all the ingredients you need for your recipe or meal plan, excluding the items you already have. 
4. Purchase the ingredients: If you agree to purchase the ingredients, the plugin will generate a link to Instacart where you can buy the items directly. Just click on the link and you'll be taken to Instacart's website to complete your purchase.
